# Balance Availability

Seller earnings may be subject to a **holding period** before they become available to withdraw. 💰

The holding period can vary depending on the **product category and game**. For some products, funds may become available immediately or within **1 day**, while others may have a longer period such as **5 days or more**.

The applicable holding period will typically be shown when creating your listing, so you'll know how long funds will remain pending before you publish the offer.

## How It Works ⏱️

1. **The order is delivered**
2. **The buyer confirms delivery**, or the order is automatically completed after the review period
3. The applicable **holding period begins**
4. Once the holding period ends, the earnings move to your **available balance**
5. The funds can then be withdrawn using one of our supported payout methods

Holding periods give buyers sufficient time to confirm that their order was delivered correctly before seller funds are released.

Holding periods may differ between:

## What Happens If There Is a Dispute?

If a dispute or other order issue is raised, the affected funds may remain **pending or frozen** while the case is reviewed.

Once the dispute has been resolved, the balance will be updated based on the final outcome.
