# How do I receive my order?

As soon as you place an order, everything is managed through the **order page on our website**. 📦

A dedicated chat will be created for your order, where you’ll communicate with either **our team or the seller fulfilling your purchase**. Simply provide any information required to complete the order, depending on what you’ve purchased.

You’ll receive updates directly on the website and by **email** whenever your order status changes or a new chat message is sent. 📩

## Once your order is delivered ✅

When your order has been delivered, you’ll be asked to **review and approve the delivery**.

If everything has been provided as described, simply approve the delivery to complete the order. You’ll then have the option to leave feedback or a review.

If something isn’t right, you can continue discussing it through the **order chat** or select **Raise a Dispute** for additional assistance. Our Resolution Team can step in where required to help ensure the order is completed as described. 🛡️

> ⏱️ **You’ll have 72 hours after delivery to review your order before it is automatically marked as complete.**

Even after completion, you’ll still have a period of time to **raise a dispute** if an issue arises.
