How long do I have to stay off my account when it's in progress?

If your service requires us to log in to your account, please avoid playing while the order is marked “In Progress.” Logging in at the same time can disconnect us and delay completion. 🎮

When can I keep playing? ✅

This only applies to services where account access is required.

For services completed through methods such as the Auction House, no login is needed, so you can continue playing as normal. 👌

How long will I need to stay off my account? ⏱️

For Forza services that require us to log in, the process usually takes just a few hours, so you generally won’t need to stay off your account for long.

We’ll notify you as soon as your order is complete and you’re ready to jump back in. 💪
