Account listings must follow our [Account Seller Rules](https://support.mitchcactus.co/en/article/account-seller-rules-10cf1rm/), including providing full access and accurately describing everything included with the account. --- ## Create Your Account Offer ### 1. Choose the game From your Seller Dashboard, click **Sell** or **Create an Offer**, choose the relevant game, and select **Accounts** as the product category. ### 2. Add the account details Enter the most important information about the account in the title and provide further details in the description. Depending on the game, this may include: * Rank or level * Skins, items, or currency * Account progression * Platform and region * Linkable platforms * Relevant restrictions or limitations * Any other important features Add clear images where available so buyers can see what they're purchasing. ### 3. Choose your delivery method Select the appropriate delivery method and timeframe. #### Instant Delivery For Instant Delivery offers, make sure all required account and email credentials are **correct, working, and ready before publishing the listing**. The account can then be delivered automatically when purchased. #### Manual Delivery For Manual Delivery, select a delivery timeframe you can reliably meet. Once the account sells, you'll provide the credentials directly to the buyer through the **MitchCactus order chat**. ### 4. Set your price Enter the price you want to sell the account for and review the applicable seller fee. Once everything is correct, agree to the applicable terms and **Place Offer**. Your account will then be available for purchase on the marketplace. 🎉 --- ## Selling Multiple Similar Accounts If you have multiple identical or substantially similar accounts available, you don't need to create duplicate listings. Where supported, you can add **multiple accounts or additional stock under the same offer**. The listing can remain active as each account is sold until the available stock has been exhausted. > 💡 Accounts with meaningful differences may be listed separately. See our **Duplicate Offers** rules for more information. --- ## What Happens When Your Account Sells? For manually delivered accounts, open the order and communicate with the buyer through the MitchCactus order chat. Provide everything required for the buyer to take full control of the account. This may include: * Account username or email * Password * Access to the associated email account * Security information where applicable * Recovery information where required * Any relevant setup or transfer instructions If an email change or confirmation is required to complete the transfer, you must assist the buyer with the process. > 🔐 MitchCactus only permits **full-access account sales** unless a specific category explicitly states otherwise. --- ## Confirming Delivery Once you've provided everything required, mark the order as delivered. The buyer will then have an opportunity to review the account and confirm that it matches the listing and that the provided access works correctly. Buyers generally have **up to 3 days to review delivery** before the order is automatically completed if no issue is raised. If the buyer identifies a problem, keep communicating through the order chat and work with them to resolve it. Seller funds remain subject to the applicable **CactusCover warranty and marketplace protection period** before final release. --- ## Where Should I Send Account Credentials? If you're using Manual Delivery, all account information should be provided through the **MitchCactus order chat**. Do not move the delivery to Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, email, or another external platform unless specifically required as part of the legitimate transfer process. Keeping the transaction on MitchCactus protects both you and the buyer if the order is later reviewed or disputed. --- ## What Information Do I Need to Provide? The buyer should receive everything reasonably required to take ownership of the account. This generally includes: * Login username or email * Password * Full access to the attached email account * Security question answers, where applicable * Recovery information, where applicable * Access to any linked login methods included with the sale Before marking the order as delivered, make sure the buyer has received **all required credentials and access**.
