## Verification & Getting Started

### How long does seller verification take?

The full application and verification process can take **several days and, in some cases, up to around one week**.

Timelines depend on:

* How quickly you complete KYC
* Whether additional information is required
* The current volume of seller applications
* The type of products or services you've applied to provide

Providing accurate information from the beginning will help avoid unnecessary delays.

### Can I start listing before I'm verified?

No. You must complete the required **seller verification and onboarding process** and be approved by MitchCactus before you can begin publishing offers or fulfilling seller orders.

### I applied but haven't received a response. What should I do?

First, check the email address you provided in your application, including your **spam or junk folder**.

Seller applications are reviewed manually and may take several days.

If a reasonable amount of time has passed without an update, contact our Support Team so we can check the status of your application.

### Can I have multiple seller accounts?

Generally, no.

Sellers should operate through their approved seller account unless MitchCactus has specifically authorised another arrangement.

Creating additional accounts to avoid restrictions, manipulate listings, rankings, reviews, or other platform systems is prohibited.

### Do I need to be 18 or older to sell?

Yes. You must be **at least 18 years old** to operate a seller account on MitchCactus.

## Listings

### Why was my listing removed?

MitchCactus may remove or unlist offers that don't comply with our marketplace rules, Seller Rules, Account Seller Rules, or Terms of Service.

Common reasons can include:

* Misleading or inaccurate information
* Duplicate offers
* Incorrect categories
* Keyword abuse
* Prohibited products
* Missing important information
* Listing manipulation
* Seller inactivity

Where appropriate, we'll normally let you know if there is an issue with your listing.

### Can I copy another seller's description?

Generally, no.

Your listings should be your own and accurately describe the product you're selling.

Some descriptions may naturally be similar where sellers are offering straightforward or standardized products, but **directly copying another seller's title, description, images, or other original listing content is not permitted**.

### How does offer ranking work?

Marketplace offers are ranked using our **Offer Ranking System**.

Ranking can consider factors such as:

* Seller performance
* Completed orders
* Feedback
* Cancellation and dispute rates
* Delivery performance
* Price
* Listing quality
* Delivery method
* Other category-specific signals

The ranking system may be adjusted over time as the marketplace develops.

See our **Offer Ranking System** article for more information.

### What happens if I become inactive?

If you're inactive for an extended period, MitchCactus may temporarily **unlist your active offers** so customers don't purchase products that may not be fulfilled.

Continued inactivity may also result in seller restrictions or suspension until you're ready to resume selling.

If you know you'll be unavailable, pause or update your offers beforehand.

### Can I sell in multiple games or categories?

Yes.

Approved sellers may offer products across multiple supported games and categories, provided each offer follows the applicable marketplace rules.

Different categories may have additional requirements, particularly for products such as **accounts**.

## Orders & Delivery

### How long do I have to deliver an order?

You must deliver within the **guaranteed delivery time shown on your listing**.

Only advertise a timeframe you can reliably meet.

If you expect a delay, communicate with the buyer as soon as possible and agree on how to proceed. Repeated late delivery can affect your seller performance and listing visibility.

### What happens if I don't respond to a buyer's issue?

Sellers should respond to reported issues within **12 hours**.

If you fail to respond, MitchCactus may intervene and potentially resolve the issue or refund the buyer based on the available information.

Issues should generally be fully resolved within **24 hours**, unless a different timeframe has been agreed with the customer or our Resolution Team.

### Can I communicate with buyers outside MitchCactus?

Order-related communication should remain within the **MitchCactus order chat**.

Do not attempt to move customers to Discord, Telegram, WhatsApp, or another platform to conduct transactions privately or arrange external payments. **Advertising or directing buyers to external platforms, stores, websites, or contact methods is prohibited and may result in account restrictions or suspension.**

### What happens if the buyer doesn't respond after delivery?

After you submit delivery, the buyer has **up to 72 hours** to review the order.

If they don't take action during this period, the order can automatically complete.

Normally, no further action is required from you.

If there is an unresolved problem with the transaction, use the appropriate dispute process rather than simply waiting for completion.

### Can I cancel an order myself?

Sellers generally cannot independently cancel an active order after purchase.

If you're unable to fulfil an order, communicate with the buyer through the order chat and explain the situation.

Where necessary, use the **dispute process** or contact our Support Team so the order can be reviewed and resolved properly.

## Disputes & Issues

### A buyer opened a dispute. Does that mean I've lost?

No.

Opening a dispute simply begins a **formal review process**.

Both the buyer and seller can provide information and evidence, and our Resolution Team will review the circumstances before determining the appropriate outcome under our policies and Terms of Service.

### What should I do if a buyer reports an account or order issue?

First, try to resolve the issue directly with the customer through the order chat.

You should:

* Respond promptly
* Understand exactly what went wrong
* Provide troubleshooting or missing information
* Correct the delivery where possible
* Offer an appropriate resolution where necessary

If the issue is raised through a dispute, cooperate with our Resolution Team and provide any requested evidence.

We'll step in where needed.

### Can disputes affect my seller performance?

Yes.

Disputes are one of several seller-performance signals used by MitchCactus.

A consistently high dispute rate, particularly disputes resolved in the buyer's favour, may affect:

* Offer rankings
* Seller visibility
* Seller standing
* Access to marketplace features
* Our decision to continue offering your products on the platform

The best way to maintain a healthy dispute rate is to keep listings accurate, deliver reliably, and resolve issues quickly.

## Earnings & Payouts

### When can I withdraw my earnings?

Seller earnings are subject to a **holding period** before they become available for withdrawal.

The applicable timeframe can vary depending on factors such as:

* Product category
* Whether you're selling products or fulfilling services
* Applicable warranty periods
* Seller history
* Risk and dispute levels

The relevant information will generally be shown in your seller balance or provided during onboarding.

New sellers may also be subject to longer initial holding periods.

MitchCactus may extend or apply additional holds where there are **fraud concerns, elevated dispute risk, chargebacks, or other marketplace risk issues**.

### What is the minimum withdrawal?

The minimum seller withdrawal is **US$50**.

### Which payout methods are available?

Available payout methods may include:

* Bank transfer
* Skrill
* Cryptocurrency
* Payoneer

The specific methods, currencies, fees, and availability may vary depending on your account and location.

See our **Seller Withdrawals** article for current options.

### How much does MitchCactus charge on each sale?

The applicable commission is based on our **seller fee structure**.

You'll be able to see the relevant fee when creating or managing your offer so you can understand your expected earnings before making a sale.

### What happens if my withdrawal fails?

If a payout fails because of incorrect or incomplete payment information, we may contact you or ask you to update the details before the payment is attempted again.

Always double-check your withdrawal information before submitting it.

> ⚠️ You are responsible for making sure the payout details you provide are accurate and able to receive the selected payment method.

MitchCactus is not responsible for losses, third-party fees, administrative costs, or other expenses caused by incorrect payout information supplied by the seller or the need to reinitiate a failed transfer.

You should verify your payout account independently rather than using a MitchCactus withdrawal as a test transaction.

## Account & Platform

### How do I receive notifications for new orders or messages?

Notification preferences can be managed from **Settings → Notifications** in your seller dashboard.

Depending on the event, you may be able to receive alerts for:

* New orders
* Customer messages
* Order status changes
* Delivery updates
* Disputes
* Other important seller activity

We strongly recommend keeping new-order and customer-message notifications enabled while you have active listings.

### Where can I find more information about seller rules?

Before selling, make sure you've reviewed the relevant MitchCactus documentation.

You're responsible for ensuring your listings and fulfilment practices remain compliant while selling on MitchCactus.
