The **blue verification tick** helps you quickly identify verified sellers and official MitchCactus team members across the marketplace. 🔵✅ What the tick means depends on **where you see it**. --- ## Blue tick on a seller listing 🛡️ When you see a blue tick next to a seller’s username on a marketplace listing, it means they are a **verified MitchCactus seller**. Every seller on the MitchCactus Marketplace is required to complete our verification and compliance process before selling. This may include: * **KYC identity verification** * Verification of government-issued identification * Business verification where applicable * Review of relevant seller and compliance information This allows us to confirm **who is actually behind each seller account**, whether they’re operating as an individual or a business. > 💡 If you see a seller listing on MitchCactus, the blue tick confirms that the seller has successfully completed our required verification process. --- ## Blue tick in an order chat 💬 A blue tick has a **different meaning inside an order chat**. Marketplace sellers do not receive the blue verification tick beside their name in chat by default. If you see a blue tick next to someone participating in your order chat, it means they are an **official member of the MitchCactus team**. 🌵 Our team members will also generally have a recognizable **username and profile picture** to help distinguish them from the buyer and seller. --- ## Why might a MitchCactus team member join my chat? Most orders can be completed directly between you and the seller without our team needing to intervene. However, a MitchCactus team member may occasionally join the conversation to: * Help make sure the order is progressing correctly * Assist with a delivery or communication issue * Help resolve a misunderstanding between the buyer and seller * Assist during a dispute * Request or review additional information * Help ensure you receive the order **as described** Our goal is to provide a marketplace where buyers and sellers can transact confidently, while still having the **MitchCactus team available to step in when needed**. 🛡️ --- ## Quick summary ✅ * **Blue tick on a seller listing:** The seller has completed MitchCactus verification and KYC requirements. * **Blue tick inside an order chat:** You’re speaking with an official member of the MitchCactus team.
