First and foremost, how you receive your account depends on the delivery timeline you selected.
For Instant Delivery purchases:
If you bought an account with 'Instant Delivery', you'll immediately receive an Order Confirmation email with all the details about your recent purchase. Simply scroll towards the bottom of the email and you'll see the login details for your new account - it's that easy!
Not to mention, your account will come with a straightforward tutorial on how to access your account, change any details, link your preferred platform, and more.
For Express/Standard Delivery purchases:
Unlike Instant Delivery orders, your account details will not immediately be delivered via email, they will be manually sent by our team.
Simply keep your eyes peeled over the next day or so, and you'll see an email pop up from our team with the log-in details to your new account!
One tip: Periodically check your Spam/Junk folders, as sometimes our emails can be waiting for you there!
