How to Sell

Before you can start selling on MitchCactus, you'll need to complete our seller onboarding and verification process.

Once approved, you can create offers directly from your seller dashboard.

Before You Start

To sell on MitchCactus, you must:

1. Submit a seller application
2. Complete the required ID verification (KYC)
3. Agree to our Seller Rules
4. Wait for approval from the MitchCactus team

Once your account has been approved and onboarding is complete, you'll receive access to the seller features relevant to the products or services you've been approved to offer.

Create an Offer

1. Open your Seller Dashboard

From your seller dashboard, click Sell or Create an Offer.

2. Choose what you're selling

Select the relevant game and product category.

Depending on the game, this may include:

• Accounts
• Items
• Currency
• Boosting or services
• Other supported product types

3. Add your product details

The information required will vary depending on the game and category.

Complete all relevant fields so buyers can clearly understand what they're purchasing.

This may include:

• Platform or server
• Rank, level, or progression
• Items, skins, or other attributes
• Region
• Account details
• Other game-specific information

4. Set your delivery details 🚚

Choose a delivery time you can realistically meet.

Depending on the product, you'll also select the appropriate delivery method and provide any additional delivery instructions or information required from the buyer.

⚠️ Don't advertise a faster delivery time than you can reliably fulfil. Your actual delivery performance can affect your seller standing and offer ranking.

5. Set your quantity

Enter how much stock you have available and, where applicable, the minimum quantity a buyer can purchase.

6. Set your price 💰

Enter the price buyers will pay for the offer.

Where available, you can also configure volume discounts for customers purchasing larger quantities.

7. Review your seller fee

Before publishing, you'll be shown the applicable MitchCactus seller fee for the offer.

Review your pricing and expected earnings before continuing.

8. Publish your offer

Review everything carefully, agree to the applicable MitchCactus Terms of Service and Seller Rules, then click Place Offer.

Once published, your offer will become available to buyers on the MitchCactus Marketplace. 🎉

Keep Your Offers Accurate

After publishing, make sure you keep your listings up to date.

You should update or pause an offer if:

• Your stock changes
• Your delivery time changes
• Your pricing changes
• Important product details change
• You're temporarily unable to fulfil new orders

Accurate listings help prevent cancellations and disputes while improving the experience for buyers.
