Seller Guidelines: Items

These guidelines apply to sellers listing digital in-game items on the MitchCactus Marketplace.

Sellers must follow our marketplace requirements and General Seller Rules. Failure to do so may result in listing removal, restrictions, suspension, or other action.

🔐 Access & Permissions

• Any verified and approved seller can list items where the category is available to them.
• Certain games or item categories may require additional approval or verification before listings can be created.
• Sellers must continue to meet MitchCactus verification and marketplace requirements while selling.

📦 What Can Be Sold

Permitted products include:

• Digital in-game items, skins, cosmetics, accessories, and equipment
• Crafting materials, consumables, and other transferable in-game items
• Limited or collectible items with clearly defined attributes

Strictly Disallowed

• ❌ Random, lottery, or chance-based offers
• ❌ Bundles where the contents are unspecified or randomly determined
• ❌ Items delivered using cheats, exploits, or other prohibited methods
• ❌ Physical products or non-digital goods
• ❌ Offers requiring off-platform payments or transactions

📝 Listing Requirements

Titles & Descriptions

• Use clear and accurate titles
• Make it obvious what the buyer will receive
• Include relevant details such as quantity, game, server, region, rarity, or other important attributes

Images

Use images that accurately represent the item and that you have the right to use.

Accuracy

Do not use misleading ranges, uncertain descriptions, or placeholder information.

For example, avoid descriptions such as “10K–50K” or “possibly rare” where the buyer should know exactly what they are purchasing.

Duplicate Offers

Do not create multiple offers for substantially the same item simply to gain additional marketplace visibility.

🚚 Fulfilment & Delivery

• Deliver the item within the timeframe shown on your listing
• Use the delivery method advertised on the offer
• Make sure the correct item and quantity are transferred
• Only mark the order as delivered once fulfilment is complete

Where appropriate, keep reasonable proof of delivery in case the order is later disputed.

MitchCactus may take stronger action depending on the severity, frequency, or circumstances of a violation.
