Seller Guidelines: Accounts

These guidelines apply to all sellers listing accounts on the MitchCactus Marketplace. Accounts must be legitimate, accurately described, transferable, and delivered with the access required for the buyer to take control.

🔐 Access & Permissions

• Account listings require an approved and verified seller account.
• Some games or account categories may require additional approval or verification before you can create listings.
• Sellers must continue to meet our General Seller Rules and Account Seller Rules while selling.

👤 What Can Be Sold

Sellers may list accounts that:

• Provide full access, including the account login and linked email access where applicable
• Accurately represent the advertised rank, level, inventory, currency, cosmetics, and other features
• Include any additional login, security, or recovery information required for the buyer to take control

Strictly Disallowed

• ❌ NFA, shared, rented, offline, or limited-access accounts
• ❌ Misleading titles or descriptions
• ❌ Keyword or tag spam
• ❌ Stolen, hacked, or unlawfully obtained accounts
• ❌ Accounts that cannot be fully transferred to the buyer
• ❌ Accounts created, levelled, or modified using prohibited cheats or exploits where this creates risk for the buyer

📝 Listing Requirements

Titles & Descriptions

Clearly state relevant details such as:

• Platform or game version
• Region
• Linked platforms
• Current rank or level
• Progression
• Inventory, cosmetics, or currency
• Any restrictions or limitations

Where rank is advertised, it should reflect the current applicable rank. If the account is currently unranked following a reset, list it accordingly.

Avoid vague ranges where the buyer should know exactly what they are purchasing.

Important Account Details

Disclose any relevant:

• Bans
• Mutes
• Warnings
• Restrictions
• Email-change limitations
• Platform-linking limitations

Instant Delivery listings must contain complete and working account credentials ready for delivery.

Clear Titles

Keep titles short, descriptive, and accurate.

Do not exaggerate the contents of the account or include unrelated keywords simply to gain additional search visibility.

Duplicate Listings

If you have multiple identical or substantially similar accounts, use the available multiple account or stock functionality rather than creating duplicate offers.

🔄 Account Transfer & Responsibility

Once an account has been sold:

• Do not access it again unless the buyer specifically asks for assistance
• Do not recover, reclaim, or change the credentials
• Continue to cooperate with legitimate account issues where required

Sellers remain responsible for the integrity of the accounts they sell, including serious issues discovered after the standard protection period where evidence shows the seller was responsible.

Intentional recovery of a sold account is treated as a serious violation.

🛡️ CactusCover Protection

Eligible marketplace account purchases include an applicable CactusCover warranty period, generally ranging from 7–14 days depending on the listing and category.

During this period, buyers may report eligible issues such as:

• Loss of access
• Account recovery
• Incorrect credentials
• Material differences from the listing
• Other covered account problems

Certain offers may also include or offer longer warranty periods.

💬 Dispute Handling

If a buyer reports an account issue:

• Respond within 12 hours
• Try to resolve the issue directly through the MitchCactus order chat
• Provide as much relevant evidence as possible
• Offer a correction, replacement, or appropriate resolution where required
• Cooperate with our Resolution Team if the issue becomes a dispute

Issues should generally be worked toward full resolution within 24 hours, unless another timeframe has been agreed.

Always remain professional, even when a customer is frustrated. When selling through MitchCactus, your communication reflects on both your seller profile and the marketplace.

🛑 Violations & Penalties

MitchCactus may take stronger action depending on the severity, frequency, or circumstances of the violation.
