Seller Guidelines: Currency

These guidelines apply to all sellers offering in-game currency through the MitchCactus Marketplace.

Sellers must deliver currency exactly as described, use safe delivery methods, and ensure all currency is legitimately obtained and transferable through the game’s normal mechanics.

🔐 Access & Permissions

• Currency listings are available to verified and approved sellers.
• Sellers must follow our General Seller Rules and any game-specific requirements.
• Certain games or delivery methods may require additional approval.

📦 What Can Be Sold

Permitted products include:

• In-game currency such as gold, coins, credits, or similar balances
• Other approved, tradable game currencies

Currency must be legitimately obtained and transferable through the game’s supported mechanics.

🚫 Strictly Disallowed

• ❌ Currency generated through cheats, exploits, bots, or prohibited software
• ❌ Stolen, duplicated, fraudulently obtained, or illegally generated currency
• ❌ Misusing or unnecessarily storing customer login credentials
• ❌ Abandoning an order after starting without reasonable communication
• ❌ Requesting additional or off-platform payment
• ❌ Delivery methods that unnecessarily expose the buyer to bans, suspensions, or account restrictions

🤝 Quality Requirements

To keep cancellations and disputes low:

• Only keep listings active when you have sufficient stock
• Set realistic delivery times
• Clearly explain the delivery method
• Do not accept more orders than you can fulfil within the promised timeframe

Common delivery methods may include:

• Face-to-face trades
• Auction House or marketplace transfers
• In-game mail
• Other supported game-specific methods

✔️ Order Completion

• Transfer the full amount purchased
• Only mark the order as delivered once the transfer is complete
• Confirm successful delivery through the MitchCactus order chat
• Make sure the currency is sent to the correct buyer details

If the buyer provides different delivery information in the order chat, confirm the updated details before completing the transfer.

💬 Dispute Handling

If a buyer reports an issue:

• Respond within 12 hours
• Remain professional
• Keep communication on MitchCactus
• Provide as much relevant delivery evidence as possible

Useful evidence may include:

• Screenshots of the trade or transfer
• In-game transaction records
• Proof showing the amount delivered
• Order-chat confirmations

Issues should generally be worked toward full resolution within 24 hours, unless another timeframe has been agreed.

🛑 Violations & Penalties

MitchCactus may take stronger action depending on the severity, frequency, or circumstances of a violation.
